We are currently redeveloping part of our Winter Garden due to pernicious weeds (Bindweed and Ground Elder) which we have been unable to control. We will be spraying the border through the Summer to try and eradicate the weeds.
We have taken lots of cuttings and will re-plant as soon as possible and it is planned to erect a Willow Arch for our visitors enjoyment. As part of the redevelopment we have also been able to widen the paths to make the Winter Garden more accessible to wheelchair and scooter users.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Due to exceptional weather circumstances we will close the Garden completely on the 24th of January 2025.
With strong winds and heavy rain forecast for New Years Day we may have to keep the Garden closed. We will review the situation and post an update.
