Summer Music Day with Classic and Vintage Car Display

Event Details

Join us and enjoy the musical entertainment on offer, take a stroll around the Garden, then enjoy a drink, a bite to eat or try one of our freshly baked scones with jam and cream whilst relaxing on the Tearoom lawn.

There will also be a display of Vintage and Classic Cars on the Paddock area.

Our Tearoom will be open serving a lunch menu available between 12pm and 2.30pm. Cakes and snacks will also be available throughout the day.

We will be welcoming the group ‘The Unlawful Men’ who will be performing at 2.00pm and 4.00pm on the Tearoom Lawn. Charged with respectfully giving folk music a kick up the backside, Ed Conway and the Unlawful men have been on the run since 2014. Now operating as an acoustic Trio, Ed along with Chris Walters and Ant Kitchen plead guilty to making a great big noise on a variety of instruments including guitars, mandolin, bodhran, bouzouki harmonica and a washboard With an inspired set of musical skullduggery that is full of surprises ,These fugitives of folk are guaranteed to get your feet tapping your hands clapping and have you singing along with their irresistible campfire anthems ,re imagined folk classics hand crafted originals, nostalgic punk covers and a few forgotten pop gems Unique, unconventional and unpredictable, The Unlawful Men warrant further investigation, as they continue to commit random acts of good time folk, one gig at a time. Catch them if you can !

The ‘Rock Choir’ were a big hit with our visitors last year and will be returning to perform again this year. Hannah and Zdenek who are always popular will be performing too as well the Little Moreton Singers.
