Spring colour out now at the Dorothy Clive Garden
Now is the time to come and enjoy the colourful azaleas as well as the Rhododendrons, at the Dorothy Clive Garden, both of which are creating spectacular displays in the Woodland Quarry and along Azalea Walk.
Some specimens you can currently see in flower are:
Rhododendron ‘Hinomayo’ is a small spreading shrub from Japan with clear bright pink, funnel-shaped flowers 3cm wide. You can find this beautiful specimen on the way into the woodland quarry garden.
Rhododendron ‘Blue Diamond’ is a compact, evergreen rhododendron with aromatic, evergreen leaves and stunning, violet-blue blooms. You can see this species at the entrance to the woodland quarry garden as well at other places within the quarry.
The Dorothy Clive Garden is open 7 days a week from 10am to 5.30pm until 30th September 2017. For directions you can click here to find us. We also have plants for sales such as azaleas and David Austin Roses.
