Join Roland in the beautiful garden for a gentle movement class that aims to leave you with a more connected and relaxed body, a calmer mind and a deeper sense of wellbeing. A series of rhythmical, flowing and dynamic movements to free your spine and release excessive tension. This class will be done standing, seated and lying down with yoga mats provided. If you are unsure if this is accessible for your needs please speak to Roland before the class so he can adapt it if possible.
African Drumming with Calvert 12:45 – 13:45
Calvert Lawson is a Midlands-based musician, youth worker and African percussionist. He is of Jamaican origin, enjoys working with young people and is experienced in working with challenging behaviours and special needs. He has delivered African drumming workshops for around 18 years in schools, at community events and at public gatherings and has worked as drum facilitator for a local authority in Wolverhampton for the last 8 years.

Join Emma for a class designed to get you simultaneously sweating and smiling. If you’ve got an appetite to dance your way through basslines then this is the place for you. We’ve got eight different dance fitness routines, choreographed to custom made drum & bass mixes to keep you on your toes. The routines have low and high impact options so you can work within your fitness capabilities. The emphasis is on having fun and moving to the beat.

Sound Bath with Holli 15:15-16:15
During this Sound Bath with Holli, you will be taken on a journey within as you receive the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls, Monochord, Shamanic Drum and Voice.
Through the use of specific playing techniques, the sound bath will gently lead you into an altered state of consciousness, whilst activating the parasympathetic (relaxation) nervous system. When moving into deep relaxation, the body will shift into a ‘rest and digest’ state where deep processing, insight and release can take place.
During this sound experience, you will also be guided through an intention-setting and breathing exercise, a guided meditation, and a practice for grounding and expansion.
