Our Garden Tearoom is situated within the grounds of the Garden and due to how the Trust is set up you cannot use the Tearoom without paying for entry to the Garden.

The Dorothy Clive Garden is first and foremost a Garden to visit. Our Tearoom is an enhancement to the visitor experience.

The Garden is not owned by the National Trust

Dogs are allowed in the Garden on Leads. No dogs are allowed inside the Tearoom. We have the ‘Olive Barn’ for the use of dogs and their owners.

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR 

The Garden will be closed for the Christmas period from Monday 23rd December up to and including Tuesday 31st December 2024.

New Years Day – Wednesday 1st January 2025 – The Garden will be open from 10.00am to 3.00pm for those who wish to take a New Year stroll – Please note the Tearoom and Gift Room will be closed on this day.

From Thursday 2nd January 2025 until 28th February 2025 the Garden is open from 10.00am to 4.00pm on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays – Tearoom and Gift Room open from 10.00am to 3.30pm. Reduced entry £8.

  • By paying the admission price including a voluntary donation we can claim the tax back as part of the Government’s Gift Aid Scheme. If you choose not to pay the Gift Aid price, please advise the admission staff and pay the price excluding the voluntary donation.
